Under the Compensation Plan, if a demonstrator has $600 in personal sales during each month of a quarter, she will receive:
20% Instant income ($600 X 20% X 3 months = $360)
5% volume rebate each month ($600 X 5% X 3 months = $90)
1,200 Great Rewards points to use on products, logo merchandise or supplies ($600/month * 3 months = $1,800 in sales = 1,800 points)
