Sometimes February is thought of the month of the heart. Well, the American Heart Association takes advantage of that to promote heart wellness. Did you know that heart disease is not just a man's disease, but a women's disease as well? It is the #1 killer of women in America. One in three women die of it each year! Real Simple had a great article on 17 simple things you can do to safeguard your heart. Some are very fun, like "Go with red wine." Others make sense like "Be honest with your doctor."
