Stampin' Up! gives us soooo many great ideas so that we don't have to reinvent the wheel and a lot of these ideas come from the demonstrators who share with the Stampin' Up! family. One of the demos did a great Big Shot class and shared a couple of the projects with us. She made this GREAT flower pot that I copied, but modified. I used the 2009-2010 In Colors just to play with them some more. They have a nice mixture of bright and muted colors this year. Here, I used Dusty Durango for the pot, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry for the flowers and Old Olive for the leaves and stems. This was so easy to make. My 8 year old daughter, Maria, made it with me. It was fun girl time. She would love, love, love it if you left a comment about her work! I would love, love, love it, too! :)
I'm going to have an impromptu FREE Big Shot Class on Saturday from 1-3. Yup, it's free. The Big Shot Kit will no longer be available after June 30th. This kit is SO worth getting. It is actually cheaper than getting the various components separately. If you want to order it, click here and hit Shop Now. Then enter 116314. If I were you, I'd order a $4.95 sizzlet to get the total to $200. At that point, you get a Level 1 set and $15 worth of FREE product. Otherwise, you just get $15. It's a GREAT deal because you get FREE product, a FREE stamp set and a discount of this AMAZING product. Not only that, you get ME to help you with it! I don't want it sitting there collecting dust. I want you to USE it!
We'll make this project and one other.
You'll need to let me know by Friday if you're coming.
Happy Stampin'!
Linda:)
