Very Vanilla (or watercolor paper): 3 ¾” x 2 ¾”
Night of Navy: small scrap for tag – 2 ¼” x 1”
Brocade Blue: 4 ¾” x 3” (for inside of card)
Ink: StazOn Black or Brown
Basic Brown or other color for distressing
Encore Silver or VersaMark

Other: Silver embossing powder
Watercolor crayons, aqua brush
Small oval frame from Silver Hodgepodge Hardware Kit (Spring mini)
Optional: small oval punch
Sticky Strip adhesive (Tacky Tape)
Acetate: 2 5/8” x 3 3/8” (optional, the card can be made without the acetate)
Water misting spray bottle
Optional: small sponge
Instructions:
1.) Stamp car on Vanilla with StazOn.
2.) Color image with watercolor crayons.
3.) Mist the image with water until damp enough to crumple; crumple gently.
4.) Uncrumple and smooth with hand, let dry.
5.) Lightly ink the canvas or linen background stamp with brown or other distressing color, lightly stamp the image just enough to look a little distressed. Mainly stamp the blank areas around the image.
6.) Optional: add a little additional distressing with sponge.
7.) Press lightly with iron.
8.) Cut window in center of the Brocade Blue layer. Window opening should be 3 1/8” x 2 1/8”.
Frame will be ¾” wide on left and right, 5/8” on top and bottom.
9.) On back side of the window, adhere acetate using Sticky Strip. Then adhere the car image so it faces outward.
10.) Tag: Mask the apostrophe and the “S” on the word “FATHER’S” on the Thinking of you on FATHER’S DAY stamp. Ink only the FATHER with silver or VersaMark.
11.) Stamp the word FATHER on the small piece of navy. Cut to fit the silver oval metal frame.
12.) Adhere the Brocade Blue with car image to the silver layer. Use Sticky Strip to adhere due to the thickness of the crumpled image.
13.) Center and attach the silver frame and FATHER with silver brads to lower part of card.
14.) Adhere all to the Navy card.
15.) Inside
card, adhere the Brocade Blue.
Stamp the FATHER”S DAY verse using Navy ink.
