No. Of course not. Whenever I stamp, I never smudge, stamp it crooked, adhere it crooked or anything like that. Right? Wrong. I can't tell you how many times I have started a project and messed up right towards the end of finishing it. What's a stamper to do? I'll tell you what. Look at it as a CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY rather than a mistake. This will help you stretch yourself! See the card at the bottom? In my mind, I had it all worked out until I stamped it. The words were crooked and too far over. Oh man! I stamped the words again, but while they came out straight this time, they were still too far over. So what did I do? I covered them up with some nice patterned paper, added some embellishments and voila, a darling little card that didn't turn out at all the way I intended, but still came out cute (if I do say so myself)!
Okay, here are the "ingredients".
Three for You Punch
Designer Paper from last catalog (I'll look it up soon)
So Saffron and Tempting Turquoise CS
Gel Pen
Corner Rounder
Love making those scallop edges with the corner rounder. Okay, you have made one or two mistakes and redeemed the project somehow. Let's hear your stories!
Happy Stampin',
Linda:)
